Chanting is a rhythmical repetition of a song, prayer, word or sound. It is one of the most ancient spiritual practices and a part of most religions and spiritual paths.
Kirtan is a devotional practice involving the repetitive singing or chanting of sacred mantras, often in a call-and-response style, aiming to foster connection, peace, and spiritual upliftment.
Experience deep peace and connection with Sanskrit mantra and chanting. Use your voice to create inner freedom and experience the subtle channel of nada (sound) yoga running through you.
